NARRATED BY ABDULLAH BIN AMR

RASULULLAH S.A.W SAID: A MUSLIM IS THE ONE WHO AVOIDS HARMING MUSLIMS WITH HIS TOUNGE AND HANDS. AND A MUHAJIR IS THE ONE WHO ABANDONS ALL WHAT ALLAH HAS FORBIDDEN.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

Yazid bin Abu Habib reported that Naim the freed slave
of Umm Salama,reported to him that Abdullah bin Amr bin 'As
said: There came to Rasulullah s.a.w a person and said:
I owe allegiance to you for migration and Jihad
seeking reward only from Allah.
Rasulullah s.a.w said: Is one from amongst your parents living?
the man said: Yes of course both are living.
Rasulullah s.a.w further asked: Do you want to seek reward from Allah?
The man answer: Yes.
Thereupon Rsulullah s.a.w said: Go back to your
parents and accord them benevolent treatment.

This song was sung in front of me by my four kids while I'm dozing off on the sofa before one Friday prayers. Ilham was 11, Amna- 10, Adibah- 8 and Fathanah- 7 years old at that time. On the authority of Abu Hurairah r.a ,who said Rasulullah s.a.w said,
Allah s.w.t will say on the Day of Resurrection:
Where are those who love one another through My glory?
Today I shall give them shade in My shade,
it being a day where there is no shade but My shade.

From Ibn Abbas: I heard the prophet s.a.w said:
If the son of Adam had two valley of money,
He would wish for a third,for nothing can fill the belly of sons of Adam except dust and Allah forgives him who repents to him.
